I'm an employee of Replicon. To be frank with you, you're right. The Web Timesheet product has evolved over 10 years of development to be a large, complex, and difficult to use program. Usability has suffered while the product has been expanded. On the other hand, it's flexible and powerful, so it does meet a lot of people's needs; but I can understand why it doesn't meet yours. Thank you for your criticism -- it's valid, and I believe that the software's usability will be a big focus in future development.
