Time is money, money is profit

Most important feature addition has been the Job values and User cost details.  This will allow a user to run profit and loss reports on their jobs, as every time a user enters timesheet data, the system will capture what they are costed at, on the day they have entered time for.

So a report should be quite accurate, as long as the details entered are accurate.  Also with the addition of a couple of fields in the Jobs section – Job value and Final costs – working out a Profit and Loss report is simple.  But please remember this will not replace an official P&L report from your accountant, just give you a good indication.
