This screen shows you all the users you have added. At this point here you can also see a quick overview of the user’s timesheet for the week, what jobs they are currently allowed to post time against, and their default cost values.
This screen also allows you to edit the costs on a per job basis. When you add a user to a job, projecttime uses the default costs here as the cost for that project, so if the user get’s a pay rise or you charge out job slightly differently e.g. you have reduced your rates only for this job, then you would do this here.
You can also change the user’s details here as well.
